"Used to be smoother than this"
My order did show up eventually, but the whole communication side felt a lot messier than I remember. I’ve had better experiences with them before, so this was kind of disappointing. The emails were really short and didn’t actually answer what I was asking, and I had to follow up twice just to get a clear update on shipping. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but it used to be better and this time was just unclear and a bit frustrating

I did get my refund in the end, but it took a little longer than I thought it would. I was expecting it to be a bit quicker, so the wait was kind of frustrating, but at least everything was handled eventually...

"A frustrating start, but they made it right"
My order from juvenileshop.com didn’t go completely smoothly. The package showed up later than I expected, and one of the items was missing, which stressed me out a bit because I had been counting on getting everything sooner.
I reached out to support, and they got back to me the next day. They sent the missing item and kept me updated, which made me feel a lot better about the situation. It wasn’t a perfect experience, but since they actually fixed the problem without making it a big headache, I’d give them 4 stars.

I reached out for help, and while they did respond, the replies were short. It’s hard to describe, but it felt like they answered my messages without really getting to the actual problem. In the end, my issue still wasn’t fully solved

"So yeah, my order ended up on backorder..."
So yeah, my order ended up on backorder and it definitely took longer than I was hoping. Kind of frustrating because when you order something, you obviously want it to show up sometime this century, right? But to be fair, they did keep me updated along the way, which helped a lot. I wasn’t just sitting there wondering what was going on. Not ideal, but it turned out okay in the end.

"Exchange worked out, but took longer than I hoped"
I accidentally ordered the wrong size and had to exchange it. The process itself wasn’t too complicated, but the replies were kind of slow and I did have to follow up once to get things moving. They did send the replacement in the end and the item was fine, so I can’t really complain too much. I’m a bit careful about what I spend, so I was just hoping the exchange would be smoother without feeling like I had to chase it. Overall, not a bad experience, just wish it had been quicker and a little clearer

Something about it just felt off. I wasn’t really treated like a person, more like ticket #247 waiting in line, and the whole thing gave me a fake/generic vibe. Not totally convinced it’s genuine

"Nice mix of brands"
I was happy to see a bunch of brands I already know and like on juvenileshop.com. It made comparing things way easier since I didn’t have to keep bouncing between different sites. Like I said, the brand selection was better than I expected, and I found what I needed quickly

"I was trying to order a few..."
I was trying to order a few things for my kids, but nearly every size I needed was out of stock. The site itself was easy enough to use, but it’s so frustrating finding something you like and then not being able to actually buy it. I also ended up waiting in a queue just to get help, which made the whole thing even more annoying. Really hope they restock faster.

My order went through without any issues, and the payment page looked secure enough that I felt okay using it. I got the item for my kid, and it came with the labels and safety info, which I personally like to see. My only complaint is that the shipping updates weren’t as clear as I would’ve wanted, since I like knowing exactly where my stuff is.

"Nice looking jacket, but the quality disappointed me"
I ordered a kids jacket because it looked really nice online, but once it arrived, the quality just wasn’t what I expected. The material feels thin, and after only a few wears, some of the stitching was already coming loose. When I looked into it, it felt like the response leaned more on policy excuses than actually helping, which was frustrating. For the price, I don’t think it was worth it.

The tracking did update eventually, but it was slow. I had to keep checking a few times before it finally showed any movement. The package arrived fine in the end, so no real issue there, but the unclear tracking felt like a preventable frustration.

Ordering went through in the end, but the checkout process was definitely more confusing than I expected. They made it sound like it would be simple and straightforward, and it really wasn’t. Nothing totally broke, but I still felt like I had to double-check everything because the steps weren’t very clear

"Wheel was damaged, but they fixed it"
I ordered a stroller and it showed up quicker than I expected, which was great, but the box was beat up and one of the wheels had a scuff on it. Bit annoying when your excited to unpack something new and it looks like that.
I sent JuvenileShop a couple photos and they got back to me the next day. They sent out a replacement part without any hassle, it just took a few more days to get everything sorted. Not perfect, but they handled it well so I'm happy enough

"Decent overall, but support could be quicker"
My order arrived fine and everything was as expected, so no real complaint there. That said, getting help from support took longer than it should have, which was a bit frustrating. They were polite when they finally got back to me, but the wait definitely made the experience less smooth.
